| S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index |

SANYO DENKI has been selected as a component of the S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index. This index uses TOPIX, a representative stock index of the Japanese market. It evaluates companies based on their environmental disclosure and carbon efficiency (carbon emissions relative to revenue). The index is used by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) for ESG investment.

SANYO DENKI has been selected as a component of the Morningstar Gender Diversity Index (GenDi). This ESG index evaluates companies that actively promote gender equality. It is also one of the indices used by GPIF for ESG investment.
