SANYO DENKI Develops Wireless Adapter 3A for Motion Controllers
Connects to smart devices via wireless LAN

SANYO DENKI CO., LTD. has developed and released the Wireless Adapter 3A that connects our SANMOTION C motion controllers in servo systems to smart devices via wireless LAN. Motion controller and servo amplifier status can be monitored via wireless LAN from a smartphone, tablet, or PC. The adapter improves maintenance efficiency and contributes to the IoT-readiness of customer equipment.
Features
1. Helps Make Machines IoT-ready
The adapter enables wireless monitoring of equipment by connecting motion controllers to a wireless LAN.
It contributes to making customer equipment IoT-ready, through features such as early detection of equipment malfunctions and use of operating status data.
2. Efficient Maintenance
Equipment can be maintained efficiently by checking the operating status and error occurrence status of equipment from a PC or smart device. Motion controller and servo amplifier software update can also be done.
3. Easy Connection
Motion controllers can be connected to a wireless LAN network by simply connecting the adapter to their USB port. Building an advanced network is not required.
4. Compliance with Legal Regulations in Various Countries
The adapter complies with laws and regulations in Japan, North America, Europe, and more.
