SANYO DENKI CO., LTD. has expanded its SANMOTION R servo system lineup with new AC servo motors.
These motors are suitable for spring forming machines, PCB drilling machines, robots, and other devices that require agile movement.
Features
1. Industry-leading acceleration and deceleration*1
Industry’s leading peak torque of 18 N⋅m greatly shortens device acceleration and deceleration time, improving motor responsiveness.
2. High speed
Maximum speed has increased by 33%, achieving a speed of 6,000 min-1.*2
It contributes to shortening device takt time and improving productivity.
3. Compact and lightweight
With high speed and increased torque, they are capable of high output despite their compact size. Compared with our current model with equivalent output, motor length and weight have been reduced by approximately 23% and 22%, respectively.*2
