(1) The Company shall not provide personal information held by the Company to third parties, except in the following cases:

(2) The Company may share personal information with its Group Companies within the scope of the Purpose of Use. In such cases, the Company shall take responsibility for the management of personal information.

The Company shall take appropriate safety control measures for the management of personal information, such as prevention of leakage, loss, or damage. We shall also conduct appropriate supervision of employees and contractors who handle personal information.

(1) The Company confirms that individuals have the right to request disclosure, etc., for their own personal information, and shall respond to such requests promptly and without objection. Provided, however, that this disclosure shall not apply in cases which fall under any of the following reasons.

1.When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights of the person or third party

2.When there is a risk of a significant obstacle to the proper execution of the Company's business.
